We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact help@neatvibehome.com so we can review the shipment and help resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has been processed or shipped.

NeatVibe Home covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For an eligible return due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
